Ashley is trusted by project team members and clients alike to successfully manage the sustainability goals of every type of project, from healthcare facilities, to post-secondary and multi-unit residential buildings. Ashley’s areas of expertise include compliance modelling for building permits, LEED incentive programs, energy strategies, independent studies, Net Zero energy/emissions strategies, and improving the energy performance of existing buildings, with a focus on decarbonizing. Her portfolio includes award-winning projects, such as Humber River Hospital in Toronto (which received an ASHRAE Technology Award and a Gold Award for Innovation and Excellence in P3s) and Lazaridis Hall at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo (which was recognized with an Honourable Mention at the Society for College and University Planning’s Excellence in Architecture Awards).
