Louise has successfully managed the energy efficiency requirements of a wide range of projects and building types, with a special focus on improving existing building energy use in the institutional and commercial sectors. She puts client needs first, working to create innovative solutions that meet challenging and evolving project demands. As a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager, Louise’s technical expertise includes energy management, process loads, energy-efficient retrofits, and incentive programs. She continues to expand her work into several areas, such as developing the conservation program design for independent electricity system operators that supply energy to the province of Ontario, and energy efficiency and sustainability in new build designs.
